Registration Process for the International Youth Rugby Series 2012

To register for the International Youth Rugby Series 2012 please send an email to advertising@internationalminirugby.com or rugby@acumenedge.co.uk with the following information:-

1. Name of Your Rugby Club
2. Which age groups are you entering a team and how many teams per age group
3. The names of your teams and whether they are A or B or equal.
4. The number of players in each team / squad*
5. The colour of your kit-Shorts and Shirt
6. The number of spectators, supporters, parents who also require accommodation*
7. The total number requiring accommodation: should be the total of the previous two items*.
8. Type of Accommodation required.
9. The name of your main contact organizing your entry, their email address, postal address and mobile telephone number.

*Initially approximate numbers will be fine. Numbers will need to be finalised by 28 February 2012.

At the same time as you email your registration please confirm that you have made the first payment as per the Payment Schedule below.

You will receive an email acknowledgement of your registration and you will receive an email receipt for your first payment.

Once AcumenEdge has confirmed your entry to the festival(s) requested, the next payment becomes due by 25 November 2011,  or as soon after your intial booking as possible. All other payments as per the Payment Schedule below.

Payment Schedule

Payments are to be made as follows:-

1. £150 non refundable deposit with each booking per team per age group per club –to be paid at time of booking.
2. By Friday 25 November - 20% of the total fee per person
3. By Friday 27 January 2012, the remainder of the fee per person.
4. Entry tickets will be despatched two weeks prior to the event in 2012.

To make administration easier we would prefer that you make only one payment per club (if this isn't possible then only one per team please).
