Registration Process for the International Youth and Mini Rugby Series 2013

 

To register for any of the International Mini Rugby Series 2013 and the International Youth Rugby Series 2013 :

please send an email to rugby@internationalminirugby.com or call us on 01628 600 230
with the following information:

 

  1.  Name of Your Rugby Club
  2. Which events or events you are attending
  3. Which age groups are you entering a team and how many teams per age group
  4. The names of your teams and whether they are A or B or equal.
  5. The number of players in each team / squad*
  6. The colour of your kit-Shorts and Shirt
  7. The number of spectators, supporters, parents who also require accommodation*
  8. The total number requiring accommodation: should be the total of the previous two items*.
  9. Type of Accommodation required.
  10. The name of your main contact organizing your entry, their email address, postal address and mobile telephone number.

At the same time as you email your registration please confirm that you have made the first payment as per the Payment Schedule below.

You will receive an email acknowledgement of your registration and you will receive an email receipt for your first payment.

Payment Schedule


Payments are to be made as follows:-

 

  1. Team deposit of £150 per team per Age Group on registration
  2. 20% of total accommodation and entry fees by 26 November 2012
  3. All final payments by Monday 28 January 2013.
