Exhibition and Trade Stand Area

In order to make these competitions attractive to all members of the family and also to encourage more involvement by the local community with rugby, we are providing the opportunity to showcase the local area’s produce, crafts and industry.

For indoor stands, AcumenEdge will make available a covered area (basic marquee) for exhibition and trade stands. Up to 20 stands will be available at each Festival each approximately 3m x 3m in a covered marquee.

A basic package includes the space equipped with one table,or exhibitors can use their own set up and equipment.

Power can be provided at extra cost (this is not guaranteed at all venues - it depends on enough exhibitors requiring power to justify the installation of generators).

Cost per covered stand will be £240 per Festival. Prices are subject to VAT

A further 15 outdoor open space areas will be available measuring 6m x 6m.  Exhibitors to provide their own cover.

10 of the total number of trade stands will be for catering.
