We offer three main options to suit your team’s needs:

• Hotel Stays: For added comfort, enjoy local hotels like Premier Inns starting at £150 per person for two nights (quad occupancy).

• Entry-Only: This allows you to make your own local arrangements. At £65 per person, it includes full event entry with access to all games and activities.

• On-Site Camping: Stay close to the action with two nights of camping for £110 per person. This includes access to changing rooms, hot showers, and the Pavilion Bar for evening gatherings.

Guaranteed Matches: Your team will participate in at least six matches across two days, ensuring everyone enjoys plenty of time on the pitch. The matches are held in a competitive, yet friendly, league format, offering a great way to develop skills and experience camaraderie with teams from across the UK.

Fun for All: Our event is more than just rugby! Kids and parents alike can take advantage of the 10-metre climbing wall, giant bouncy castles, inflatable obstacle courses, and face painting. It’s a family-friendly environment with activities to keep everyone entertained between matches.

On-Site Facilities: To keep you refreshed, we’ve got multiple food vendors offering snacks, ice cream, burgers, and more. The Pavilion Bar will be open all weekend, right by the pitches, making it easy to grab a drink or snack throughout the day. Plus, we host our annual parents’ touch rugby matches at lunchtime – a popular, light-hearted game where you can join in or cheer on the action.
